VORU Terms of Service

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Slovak version is the legally binding one.

Effective from 4 July 2026 · Operator: SORB XT s.r.o., contact: obchod@sorbxt.sk

1. The Service

VORU is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to read e-mail in mailboxes connected by the user, recognises invoices, payments, deadlines and tasks, and sends the user summaries and alerts, including payment QR codes (PAY by square).

2. Account and Trial Period

Registration creates an account with a free 14-day trial period. Once it expires, the service continues only with an active subscription (EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 49 per year, VAT included). Payments are processed by Stripe; the subscription may be cancelled at any time, in which case the service remains available until the end of the paid period.

3. User Obligations

The user connects only mailboxes they are authorised to access and is responsible for the accuracy of the access credentials. We recommend using app passwords. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes.

4. Liability

VORU is an assistive tool — the recognition of invoice data is automated and may contain errors. Before making a payment, always verify the amount, IBAN and variable symbol. The operator is not liable for damage caused by a payment made on the basis of incorrectly recognised data, for damage caused by service outages, or for the actions of third parties (banks, mail servers). The operator's liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fees paid over the preceding 12 months.

5. Termination

The user may cancel their account at any time by e-mail to obchod@sorbxt.sk — their data (mailboxes, history, attachments) will be deleted within 30 days. The operator may cancel the account in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment of the subscription.

6. Changes to the Terms

We will give notice of material changes to these terms by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the service, the user accepts the changes.

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy.
